Palak paneer is a famous Indian dish made with spinach and paneer (a kind of Indian cheddar). Here is a finished recipe on the best way to make it:
Fixings:
- 500g spinach, washed and slashed
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 enormous onion, slashed
- 2 tomatoes, slashed
- 1 tsp ginger glue
- 1 tsp garlic glue
- 2 green chilies, slashed
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Guidelines:
- In an enormous pot, heat up the slashed spinach for 2-3 minutes until it shrivels. Channel the water and quickly move the spinach to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking system.
- Channel the spinach and mix it to a fine glue.
- Heat oil in a dish and add cumin seeds.
- When the cumin seeds begin to splutter, add the hacked onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions become brilliant brown.
- Add ginger-garlic glue and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add hacked tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala powder. Blend well and cook briefly.
- Add the spinach glue and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium intensity.
- Add the paneer 3D shapes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt to taste and blend well.
- Add cream and blend well. Cook for one more moment and mood killer the intensity.
- Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
